TED'S BASEMENT AT ADVANCE THE COLORS
Rules and registration
-
All products for sale must fit on the table or directly underneath. They may not be piled up in stacks behind the table. This means you may not be able to bring in EVERYTHING you want. Be picky and deliberate about what you are bringing for our attendees to buy.
-
Sales are during flea market hours only. You may set up a half hour before then, but no sales till starting time. All merchandise must be PACKED UP AND RETURNED TO YOUR VEHICLE after the session. You must be ready to leave when the convention closes each night.
-
Sales may be in cash, credit card, PayPal, Venmo, etc. - whatever the buyer and seller choose.
-
Directly undercutting an attending vendor is not permitted. For example, don’t bring dozens of MBA buildings or crates of Nafziger books, for example. Be courteous to the businesses that have taken great expense and effort to provide a shopping experience for our attendees. The flea market coordinator will make the call if in question. It is within the convention staff’s rights to request you to remove items from your table and refund your money if you choose not to do so.
-
Clean up after yourself. Do not leave empty boxes or trash for the convention staff to dispose of, please. You brought the boxes in from your car. Take them back out, if they will not fit in the trash can. Also, remember: this is not your table to sell all weekend! Everything must be removed from the convention site each night before closing.
-
You are responsible for your property. Please display items safely and keeping the aisles clear. Remember - ATC is a family show, only family-appropriate gaming materials should be displayed.
-
You may rent a maximum of two tables per session. Considering the expenses others have put in to attend and sell at ATC (particularly the dealers), this may not be the appropriate venue for an entire collection.
-
You must obey the rules of the convention and direction of the ATC staff. If the ATC staff give you directions about your products, you are obligated to comply. Failing to follow directions is grounds for expulsion from the convention.
By paying for your table fees, you agree to abide by these rules!
